About me

I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach with experience across acute care nursing and youth mental health. My work is grounded in collaboration and partnership. My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you are understood in context, not reduced to symptoms.

My approach blends nursing expertise with practical, evidence-informed coaching.

I integrate tools from ACT and CBT to help you build awareness, understand patterns, and take small, achievable steps toward balance.

Where appropriate, I collaborate with other caregivers and practitioners as part of a holistic, wraparound approach and can support referrals when needed.

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a collaborative, forward focused process that supports you to strengthen mental fitness, wellbeing, and self awareness.

Our first session is a Discovery Session lasting 60 minutes. This is where we explore what matters most to you, your values, strengths, current health, and the changes you want to work toward.

Each session ends with clear, achievable actions so you can begin making meaningful progress straight away.

Ongoing sessions are usually 50 minutes. You choose the focus each time, reflecting on what is working, exploring challenges, and building practical strategies to support your wellbeing.

Over time, sessions may space out as your confidence and capacity grow. You remain in the driver’s seat. I am here to guide, support, and help you stay aligned with what matters most.
