A Hybrid Approach: Nurse + Coach.

I am a Registered Nurse and Mental Health Coach in NZ with experience across acute care nursing and mental health. My work is grounded in integrity, empathy, and partnership.

After years working in acute healthcare, I repeatedly saw the same pattern: highly capable people pushing through exhaustion while carrying responsibility for everyone around them. I founded Flourish Within Wellness to provide "upstream" support—helping people rebuild their foundation before burnout becomes the only signal loud enough to be heard.

As someone with lived experience in trauma and neurodivergence, I offer a non-judgmental space where you are understood in context. I provide LGBTQIA+ inclusive care that respects your unique rhythm, helping you achieve your goals on your terms.

My approach combines nursing clinical expertise with practical, evidence-informed coaching to help you reclaim clarity, resilience, and control over your life.

A Collaborative Strength: I don't work in a vacuum. I value the expertise of your GP, therapist, or specialists. I act as a bridge, helping you translate clinical guidance into practical, actionable steps that work for your real life.

On Your Terms: You are already capable. My role is to help you challenge old patterns and equip you with tools to move forward with strength and courage. You remain in the driver’s seat; I provide the clinical map.

A Supportive Partner: I draw on ACT, CBT, and lifestyle medicine to help you regulate stress and strengthen resilience. I walk alongside you, but the momentum comes from you.
