a certified Health Coach and Registered Nurse with a passion for helping people create healthier, more balanced lives.
I’ve seen how traditional approaches to wellbeing often miss the mark, and it inspired me to think differently about how we support people.
I founded Flourish within wellness to provide a safe, caring space where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to take small, sustainable steps toward your goals.
Whether you’re looking to build healthier habits, find balance in your day-to-day life, or gain confidence in your wellbeing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I am based in New Zealand, but I welcome clients from across the globe, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. Sessions can be held face-to-face or online via Zoom/Teams, making it easy to connect wherever you are.
