Hi, I’m Hattie, a Certified Health and Mental Fitness Coach and Registered Nurse. Over the past 20 years, I have worked in acute care and mental health, witnessing firsthand the impact of burnout, chronic stress, and trauma, not just on patients, but on busy professionals and individuals trying to manage it all.
