I blend the science and structure of nursing with the collaborative, client-led tools of health coaching to support meaningful, sustainable change.

I believe real wellness begins by slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for change that fits your life, not someone else’s idea of it.

With a personal connection to neurodivergence, I’m especially committed to providing compassionate, flexible support that honours your unique rhythm and lived experience.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or simply craving more ease, I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace.

About me

As a registered nurse and health coach, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate personal health challenges.

My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I’ve worked extensively in acute care nursing and youth mental health, which has given me a comprehensive perspective on health from all angles, physical, mental, and emotional. I believe that true healing is a partnership.

My work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and LGBQTIA+ friendly, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space for everyone.

Having lived experience with neurodiversity and Trauma, I understand that a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work. Instead, I use a holistic approach, getting to know you as a whole person, not just your symptoms.

I’m an expert communicator who collaborates seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams to create the best possible care plan for you.

Ultimately, my goal is to meet you where you are with kindness, empathy, and respect, empowering you to take charge of your health journey.

How health coaching works

Our first session is your Discovery Session, which will last from 1 to 1.5 hours.

This is where we explore what matters most to you, your values, strengths, your current health, and the goals or changes you’d like to work towards.

We finish with a shorter action-focused segment so you can start making meaningful steps straight away.

Subsequent sessions are usually 60 minutes, usually weekly for 5–8 weeks. 

You choose the focus each time, reflecting on your week, celebrating wins, and tackling challenges. Together, we’ll strengthen your mental fitness, build resilience, and develop strategies to navigate life’s ups and downs. At the end of each session, we clarify what action you’ll take before the next one and how I can support your accountability.

After a few weeks, we may move to fortnightly or monthly sessions. Think of this stage like going from a learner’s licence to P-plates, you’re driving more independently, but I’m still beside you if anything tricky comes up.

As your health coach, I use motivational interviewing, meet you where you are, and put you at the centre of your care. Change isn’t always linear, but with the right strategies, self-awareness, and support, you can make lasting shifts in both body and mind. You’re in the driver’s seat – I’m here to guide and keep you moving forward.
